The rules for working with Texabyte Group LLC.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to texabytegroup.com and any products or services provided by Texabyte Group LLC. By using our site or engaging Texabyte Group LLC, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We design, build, and maintain software products, infrastructure, and related consulting services. Each engagement is defined by a statement of work or proposal that describes deliverables, timelines, and fees.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information

  Share timely project requirements, assets, and feedback.

• Respect intellectual property

  Only send assets you have the right to use; we retain ownership of Texabyte Group LLC IP unless otherwise stated.

• Pay on time

  Invoices are due as stated in the agreement; late payments may pause work.

3. Intellectual property

Unless we agree otherwise, Texabyte Group LLC retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and libraries used during a project. Deliverables created specifically for your engagement will be transferred to you upon final payment.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement. This includes product ideas, technical documentation, and any sensitive data shared with Texabyte Group LLC.

5. Warranties & disclaimers

We commit to delivering work with professional care, but the site and services are provided “as is.” Texabyte Group LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of software hosted by third parties.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement per the agreement terms. You'll pay for work completed up to the termination date. Upon termination, Texabyte Group LLC will deliver any in-progress assets and return confidential information when requested.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If you continue using the site after changes are posted, you accept the revised Terms. For client engagements, any change must be mutually agreed in writing.
