Technical Founder
I've spent the better part of a decade building software across a range of environments — from fast-moving SaaS startups to large enterprise teams to regulated industries like finance and healthcare. Each context had different constraints and a different definition of "done," but the challenge was always the same: turn a business need into working software, reliably and without waste.
I started Texabyte Group because small businesses and independent founders were consistently underserved. The shops they could afford cut corners. The ones that didn't were priced for funded startups. I wanted to build something in between — a structured, honest process that gives smaller teams access to the same quality and rigor that larger engineering organizations take for granted.
Most of my clients come in knowing what they want to build but not yet sure what they actually need. My job is to close that gap — to translate between the product vision and the technical reality, ask the hard questions early, and make sure every decision we make together is one you understand and can stand behind. You shouldn't need an engineering background to make good product decisions.
"I started Texabyte Group because founders with real ideas deserved a better option than what was available to them."
