FAQ

Common questions

There's no big upfront bill. You pay a simple monthly plan — starting at $149/month — that covers the website, hosting, updates, and support, all in one. No setup fee. You can see every plan on our Pricing page.

Yes. We're based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and love working with local businesses here, but everything we do happens by email and message, so we can work with businesses anywhere. We deliver in both English and Spanish.

Either is fine. If you have nothing yet, we build from scratch. If you have a site that's outdated or hard to update, we rebuild it and bring your content over. You don't have to figure out the technical part — that's our job.

Yes. Your domain name, your photos, your text, and your business information are always yours. If you ever decide to leave, we hand everything over. We don't hold your website hostage.

Most websites go live within a few weeks of getting started, depending on how quickly we get your photos, content, and approvals. We keep you updated the whole way — no long silences, no surprises.

That's exactly who we build for. You never touch code or hosting settings — we manage all of it every month. When you want a change, you send us a message in English or Spanish and we handle it. The technology stays out of your way.

For Texas businesses

Straight questions. Honest answers.

The ten most common objections we hear from HVAC owners in San Antonio, retail bosses in El Paso, and firm administrators in Dallas.

This is the most common worry, and the honest answer is: it costs less than you think — and almost always less than not having a real website. There's no big upfront bill. You pay a simple monthly plan, starting at $149 a month, that covers everything: the website, hosting, updates, and support, rolled into one. Compare that to what a weak online presence already costs you — the customers who look you up on their phone, find a Facebook page from years ago or nothing at all, and quietly go to a competitor. A professional site that brings in a couple of extra customers a month pays for itself many times over. And because it's monthly, you're never locked into a huge invoice. You can start with what you need and grow from there.

You can — and for some businesses a Facebook page is a fine start. But two things usually bring owners to us. First, time: the do-it-yourself builders look easy in the ad and eat your evenings in real life, and the result still looks like a template anyone could buy. Second, nobody's minding it — the hours change, the photos go stale, something breaks, and you're the one who has to fix it. We build a real site around your business, not a template, and then we manage it for you every month — updates, hosting, and changes all handled. You run your business; we run your website. And everything we do is bilingual, which the builders don't do well.

You don't manage anything technical — that's the whole point of the monthly plan. You never touch code, hosting, or settings. When you want a change — new hours, a new photo, a price update — you send us a message in English or Spanish and we make it. We built our own apps from scratch, so the technical part is genuinely our job, not yours. If you can send a text message, you can work with us. There's nothing to learn and nothing to install.

Yes — and safer than the setup most small businesses have now. Your site runs on encrypted connections (the same kind your bank uses), sits on professional hosting used by serious businesses, and is backed up automatically, so if anything ever goes wrong we can roll it back. We don't sell anyone's data, and we keep the contact information people send through your site protected. Compared to a shared inbox, a notebook by the register, or a Facebook page someone could lock you out of, a properly built and maintained site is a real step up in security.

You're never trapped. After your first six months you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. And whenever you go, your domain name and all your content come with you — they're yours, always. We hand everything over so another provider can pick it right up. We'd rather keep your business by doing good work every month than lock you into a contract you can't leave. Even if we someday weren't around, you'd still own your domain and content — which is the part that actually matters.

In the DFW area, very often yes — and it's one of the cheapest ways to reach more customers. A bilingual site means a Spanish-speaking customer lands on your page and immediately understands what you offer, instead of bouncing to a competitor who speaks their language. It also signals respect, which earns trust and word-of-mouth in tight-knit communities. We build and maintain both languages as part of your plan — not as an expensive add-on — because it's core to how we work, not an afterthought.

Small businesses are exactly who we build for — and often the ones who benefit most. A big company has a marketing team; you have your hands full running the place. A clean, fast website that shows your hours, services, and how to reach you does the work of an employee who never sleeps: answering the same questions, taking booking requests, and making you look as established as you actually are. You don't need to be big to deserve a site that brings in customers. You need one because you're busy being good at what you do.
